Time flies!

The holidays are fastly approaching and my little creative mind has been tinkering on what to make for the holidays this year.  I will be coming up with a few new things and different twists on items I've seen before.  I have to say, Pinterest has been quite inspiring!  I've become addicted to being inspired by the different food ideas.  What a great tool to share with others your love of something.  I hope to consistently share my love with you all as well.  I know not too many people read this quite yet, but I will be big one day and you will see the journey of my maturing this great lil idea of mine:-) Happy Thanksgiving out there!

These are cocktail size and appetizer size lumpia shanghai served with a spicy sweet chili sauce.  They're available in regular shanghai (ground pork), ground chicken and shrimp, beef and vegetable, and all vegetable.

It'll only get better!

I am blessed to have this passion and to share it with others.  Holiday truffles were a hit, I'm only hoping that more people will share with others!  I will be teaming up with one of my good friends who makes handmade jewelry for Valentine's Day.  We will be doing a package and also separate items. I'm slowly working on making things happen, that is my goal for the coming year.  No matter what, I always stay true to myself and what I have to offer, so if you're willing to work with someone like me, we'll do just fine!  Have a wonderful and safe New Years to all those who read this!

One of my favorite dishes to make

This is one of the dishes that will be available on my catering menu once I get it finalized.  This is spicy crab pasta with shrimp....so yummy!
