It'll only get better!

I am blessed to have this passion and to share it with others.  Holiday truffles were a hit, I'm only hoping that more people will share with others!  I will be teaming up with one of my good friends who makes handmade jewelry for Valentine's Day.  We will be doing a package and also separate items. I'm slowly working on making things happen, that is my goal for the coming year.  No matter what, I always stay true to myself and what I have to offer, so if you're willing to work with someone like me, we'll do just fine!  Have a wonderful and safe New Years to all those who read this!

Crispy Shanghai Meatballs

One of my favorite dishes to make

This is one of the dishes that will be available on my catering menu once I get it finalized.  This is spicy crab pasta with shrimp....so yummy!

Here are five new truffle flavors.  I haven't added the maple bacon on the order list, but if you're interested, let me know!

Loving the Support!

Blessed and thankful that people are placing their orders for their truffles!  I added some new flavors to the bunch, so if you need an order form, please email me!  Also, don't think that I will stop at these flavors, there's such a wonderful array of goodness out there that there's so much to be created!  I am blessed to have this passion and desire to want to explore what different things there are for our tastebuds.  How sad that some people only limit themselves to what they know and what they are familiar with.  Go out and explore what the world has to offer!  You'd be surprised as to what you find:-)

Here is a sample of a buffet I did all by myself for 25pp at a private residence. The menu included green salad, dinner rolls with butter, prime rib, herb roasted chicken thighs, roasted garlic potatoes, and sauteed carrots and green beans. I do the set up and all the cooking/serving.
